THE NATIONAL THEATRE FESTIVAL Promiscuous CURTAINS OPEN TO NATIONAL THEATRE FESTIVAL OF THE DOMINICAN REPUBLIC AND Assuming Uninhibited RISK. SANTO DOMINGO

BY GILDA MATOS

Promiscuous Theatre hits the audience with the audacity to stage taboo subjects.

PUBLIC

attendees pre-inaugural presentation of the National Theatre Festival on June 6 in Room Monina Solá Narciso Gonzales Cultural Center, the area of \u200b\u200bVilla Juana Santo Domingo were shocked, speechless, speechless against theatrical discourse of cigarettes and Three Parts last lasagna, and Fernando Bonassi Victor Navas, and Inside, Newton Moreno.
The biggest shock was received in the book entitled "Inside" as this is in fun ways the relationship of a gay couple. During the course of the presentation many of those present warned his homophobia when they felt the need to close their eyes to "sin" with an eye to witness scenes of sex between male couples performing daring and erotic play unconventional the context of the theater scene in the country.

Dominican public's reaction is understandable, since it is not used to this kind of shows that hit directly with traditional patterns and moral prejudices that are preached in our society and which do not escape our live theater.

Only on rare occasions our artists have had the courage to present naked male or female, but almost always tinged with light effects, makeup and atmospheres ethereal scenes involving an idealized plasticity that away from everyday life viewers.

The presence of this group in Brazil, as a guest at the National Theatre Festival, constitutes a good opportunity to connect the public with the themes of the contemporary world where the voices of minorities and the uncovering of issues "prohibited" take center stage in the artistic world scenarios in a global sense, as shown by the coincidence of the lesbian kiss and Johansson Bullock MTV Movie Awards in the United States of America, the same day and same time it appeared the play Brazil in Villa Juana.

Caribbean
From our post-modern mentality we witness the "Open-mind": an open mind able to accept new paradigms social, moral, ethical and political, to unlearn what they learned during the decades of our existence. This interesting show, compels us to abandon the "modesty" as individuals who are part of a group, to enjoy without censorship, prejudice or veto, of artistic creation, from the perspective of an audience attending a ritual where they are poetry and harsh reality.

WORKS

The works represented in the sample born Contemporary Drama in Brazil, the event where winners were " to be a prototype for a deep boldness and innovation in Sao Paulo scene," says Samuel Hernandez, Portal House of the Americas.

The first piece, Three cigarettes and last lasagne Fernando Bonassi Victor Navas and , is a monologue performed with high organicity by Renato Borghi, and characterized by accuracy, fairness and proper use of resources from the scene. The scenery with minimal resources, helps to delineate the symbolic features of the meaning of the scenes.

actor with great domain develops the psychological complexity is going through the character from the mutilation of his right hand and replaced by another transplant. The dramatic conflict presented in the dilemma body-subject, and the relationship with self and others, coming to harm not only their physical but also their own identity.
element narrative becomes interesting, to unify the narrative of character and graphic narration translated into English and at the same time, his creative use theatrical background, the effect of distance, maximizing the use of technological resources.

The second part of the show formed the part Inside Moreno Newton to the direction of Nilton Bicudo, which was preceded by a warning the public about the content of the work, not suitable for children under 18 years, warning that sought to avoid repeating the unfortunate stampede from the public the day before.

With a current theme, focuses on a form in homosexual relationships, the "fitsfucking" with an aesthetic " porn", as stated Renato Borghi, however, many of these, we see no intension exhibition and pornography, rather, we were witnessing, snooping on the other side of the fourth wall, a scene of utter intimacy between two people in a cold relationship, prostituted and dehumanizing.

Although homosexual themes might seem a bit snobbish in the contemporary world, art is not just a fashion, is an appropriate means to reveal the " essences " of the problems of human nature, including sexuality as a means of alleviating loneliness in search of love.

's performances Nogueira Renato Borghi and Elcio Seixas reveal great professionalism in their careers, total commitment to the scene, out of prejudice, moral dilemmas and confusion between the person, the actor and the character.

is because as the great master J. Grotowski: "... The actor in the play, the show will offer his confession, his naked body and soul, his intellectual self and biological. Show all that culture and you from everyday life show. " In this sense, transforms the theater promiscuous!

Two passes: at 13:00 and at 17:00

In hall of right in front of the classroom B04 and B05

The assembly of the piece "And the fish came to fight the man" is a punch in the stomach that describes the most frightening face of the African migration to Europe in the framework of center-periphery relations. This is above all, a fierce and uncompromising reflection that points on the causes of poverty, the subordinate status of migrants and the coloniality of power.

all started one day in Japan 30 years ago, by chance, observing the clothes pegs on the table in the house. The artist says: "I felt a strange feeling" ... That simple act was a great encouragement to his creative imagination. Thereafter, he began a long career that led him to exhibit their work inside and outside the country, with important exhibitions in New Delhi and the Yokohama Museum of Art, being recognized seventeen times, for the Grand Prize Exhibition .

Goto's foray into the trend of art object is different from the inventor of Dada art, Marcel Duchamp with "already done" or "found object" expressed as conceptual art, as aesthetic meanings attributed to the author of ready-made, as the Japanese artist seeks to transform the creative talent through the material object in another figurative element of the intervention emerged from his hands to develop its own distinctive artistic world. However, both are part of the cultivators of the art-object as defined Galindo as the art object is "any work utility or at least potentially functional whose original idea was involved visual artist "

GAME AND TONE

Goto, works the concept of the object from the value of the toy, look at them the playful aspect of handling, and loudness.
This exhibition allows a novel sensory experience, the works not only see but also touch and hear, and at some point in the history of art the man experimented with materials.

The exposure reading is made in two areas: the tendency of visual expression, works and figurative drawings, and the fact of his creations, under the action of wit and industry which involves the recycling of waste contaminants to a more happy on the planet. CARTOONS

His contact with Dominican cultural and ethnic diversity, is reflected in the caricatures of the faces of children, women, men, old men and women who are drawn with grace and tenderness, expressed as a photo-document, where appreciate the similarity of their faces with the cartoons made by the experienced artist.

Aesthetic experience raised by this exhibition becomes a pedagogic experience, it shows us a lesson in the usefulness of art in the adaptation, adaptation and recycling of our waste for a better life.

certainly Goto exposure brings a new vision of urban visual creativity, pedagogy and playful art-object.
